For years now I have tried to find a center which can treat our son Jakey who has cerebral palsy. Due to the red tape and legislation set up by the government in the past ms centers chose not to treat HBOT for children. ARRGHH!
We live near Salisbury, Wilts and managed to find a center in Sussex which we travelled down to try. Although it is 160 mile road trip and Jakey was only in the chamber for 20 mins. We noticed a difference in his speech almost immediately! But Jakey would need about 40-50 sessions and it is not possible to travel there and back to cover thoses sessions. Mainly due to the care needed for Jakey and we have animals at home on our small holding. This is so frustrating.
I know HBOT is the answer and will help Jakey but having HBOT as soon as possible is vital as the brain developes and forms new path ways. I have been in touch with Prof Philip James and HBOT is the answer.
We have looked into buying a chamber but at £25,000 this is a big challenge since my only income is from the paintings I sell.
My question is there anyone who has a chamber or can treat Jakey which is easy travelling distance from Salisbury?
If after time again I have found no chamber we will have to buy one.
Which then leads to my fund raising challenge..
I plan to run from Lands End to John O’Groats covering about 40 miles a day. I will stop at all the ms centers on the way and have a session of HBOT to aid the recovery of my muscles. This task will take some planning and fundraising so help would be needed. I plan to put my last cigarette out at Lands End and go for it. By the time I get to John O’Groats I will be alot fitter and hopefully would have raised the money for Jakeys chamber.
Please contact me at jakeysbubble@yahoo.co.uk if you can help to either of my problems mentioned above.

No one would have foreseen such a successful season for the Serb. Coming into the year, Djokovic had never been ranked No. 1, and had only one major title under his belt—the 2008 Australian Open. Djokovic came out of the gate on fire. He began the season with a 41-match winning streak. Djokovic won three of the four major titles—losing only to Federer in the semis of the French Open. He won 10 titles and totaled over 12 million dollars of prize money. His current record of 70-6 in 2011 speaks for itself. He was practically unbeatable. Everything came together for the Serb this season. He was already a polished player coming into the year, he just needed to take that extra step. All facets of his game improved. His serve became more of a weapon. Djokovic displayed his flawless movement again and again. He put pressure on the server with his pinpoint returns. Maybe the biggest thing Djokovic did to achieve what he has was get in the best shape of his life. In many matches prior to this season Djokovic would be gasping for breath late in matches. In some matches he was forced to retire. This season, due to his great play, he was …
